* Sorteo Bukid – A traditional procedure on land ownership. The offer was made through lottery.
* Free Civil Mass Wedding – A yearly activity sponsored by the Municipal Civil Registry Office with Mayor Roy M. Loyola as the Solemnizing Officer.
* Balik-Biik Program – A yearly project of Mayor Roy M. Loyola and the Municipal Agriculture Office. Provides assistance on swine and meat production to small scale businesses.
